|A – $10 Net||Original Stamp Set-Up Charge
This charge is for any custom stamping on each order or style.
|B – $5 Each||Type Change
This charge is for minimal type changes, i.e. a prefix “A” changed to “B” or a year date change, etc.
For extensive type changes, or changes in format, etc., contact us for a quote.
|C – $10-$20/1000||Special Packing
Standard packing is 100 tags to a wire and included in the item price.
50 to a wire adds $10 per 1000 tags (min $10), 25 to a wire adds $20 per 1000 tags (min $20).

|D – $20 Net||Make-Ready Charge
This is a one time charge on each order or it can apply to changes in style, size, color, holes, etc.
|E – $6-$15/100||Black/White Filled Characters
Stamped characters can be filled with this contrasting color to make easier to read.
Dog and Cat Tags (Red and Blue Pricing) – $.15 each (per side)
Industrial Tags (Green, Orange, Gray Pricing) – $.15 each (per side)
Everything else – $.06 each (per side)

Applies to each set of less than 100 consecutive numbers
(i.e. sets 1 thru 10, 50 thru 75, etc.)

Merchandise is sold F.O.B. Newport, KY. Title of merchandise passes at the time and place of shipment.All pricing is FOB Newport, Kentucky unless otherwise noted on your quote.
Shipping and insurance costs are not included unless specified. Method of shipment is UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
Title and risk of loss shall pass to you upon delivery to the carrier in Newport. Shipment is 2-4 weeks after receipt of payment.
Any applicable sales tax that we are required to collect will be added to the invoice unless an exemption certificate accompanies the order.
Terms of sale are Net 30 days to approved credit. To open an account, please request a Credit Application and allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
Payments we accept include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check or money order in U.S. Funds. All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee. No COD orders.
Orders can sometimes be expedited for an additional fee of $75.00. Please contact us for availability.
Our manufacturing process allows us to manufacture high quality products at very competitive prices. However, the overall quality of our tags is limited to the quality of our materials and the manufacturing process itself. Standard mill quality tolerances apply. Please refer to our Quality Statement on our website for further details. We specialize in customized, sequentially numbered and stamped metal products.
Returns and Cancellations:
If any of our products are defective or not as ordered, you must notify us within 45 days from shipment date. In order to have products replaced, you must provide us with proof via a sample from the production lot and/or a scanned image. We will use this to validate the claim and take action. We cannot replace products that were used in their intended purpose. If we make an error in entering, filling or shipping an order, the product is returnable for a full replacement. We will accept the return transportation charges provided we are notified within 45 days of shipment and we arrange to have them shipped back on our shipping account. If reproduction of the product is necessary, we will replace the defective merchandise at no charge based on the actual quantity of product returned. No returns for any reasons will be accepted without prior authorization. Custom marked goods are not returnable if you made an error in ordering. Returns of non-customized products are subject to a 10% restocking fee and require a Return Authorization Number. Cancellation of an order accepted by us can be made only with our consent and upon terms that will indemnify us against loss.
We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, other than those as set forth within this agreement. Our only obligation shall be, at our option to replace, or give you full credit or refund to you the cost of that quantity of the product proven to be defective. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, you shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use. You assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by one of our officers.
